Let's all blame Tev Ye for starting this thing up. *g* How to explain the Writers' Guild? Hmmm..... Well, it will eventually become a webring of writing-related sites, covering all possible Buffy 'ships. Each site will be designed to encourage existing and new writers in their exploration of particular 'ships. There will be the obligatory archive of existing fanfiction, as well as support for writers and reference zones to check things.
This site is the Buffy / Spike site. So, everything here is Buffy / Spike - specific. *However*, when the sites are eventually linked together, the main page will be a non-'ship specific one. So, writers of all 'ships (or none! *g* Though I'm not sure how that's entirely possible...) will be able to go there and, well, research. *g*
